Each audio either a teaching, a walk and talk or a guided sound journey to bring you into the body.
- Days 1–4) Seeing what's been running you. You can't change what you can't see. The first four days are about recognizing the fuel underneath the effort. The two voices. The fear that's been organising your behavior.
- Days 5–9) Feeling another way is possible. This is where the body comes in. Most men live in their heads. The middle of the series is about getting underneath the thinking and into a different signal, the one your body has been giving you all along.
- Days 10–14) Letting the shift land. The last five days are about anchoring what's been forming. How to move differently. How to trust what you feel. How to act from conscious intention instead of compulsive reaction.
