The problem.

The problem that most people face is that they're working, building and creating out of alignment with who they really are. Doing and saying what they think they should be doing and saying... rather than living their unique success code in alignment with how they are uniquely wired.

When I was running an agency, I was doing everything I thought I should have done. I was following the rule book of somebody else, multiple mentors, investing thousands into programmes. And I saw results, but even when I saw results, the results didn't feel like they were mine.

I felt like I was building someone else's life, building someone else's business, and inevitably just following someone else's rules.

But when I really started to go deep into the work that we're going to be doing here, I started to understand how I was uniquely wired and different from everybody else. Because we all have that unique essence. Unlocking that is where the magic happens.

When I started to do that, not only did I shift my business model, structure and intention, but I started to do work that I loved, with people I loved working with and my monthly income 3x'd.

No longer was I attracting clients who didn't respect me or didn't value the work that I did. No longer was I undercharging. No longer was I falling into the habit of trying to prove myself or needing validation from others to feel like I was winning.

It was like I was in this flow.. like I unlocked a lane that was simply just mine.

And that's the road I've been on ever since. It's been such a fun path. It's evolved over time. It will always continue to evolve because I'm always unlocking more of myself.

And I want the same for you.

Phase 1: Release

Release is the foundation of everything that we do here, especially in this phase, is deep identity work. This is the Inner work to release the blockages around money that are stopping you from receiving your next level with ease.

We identify and clear the patterns, beliefs, emotions and behaviours in your subconscious and nervous system that create complexity, emotional swings, and income plateaus. This removes the old identity and opens a clean path forward.

Phase 2: Remember

Remember is where we get into the internal wiring. This phase is around getting to deeply know thyself and going deep into what it truly means to be you.

Where have you been disowning parts of yourself thinking you had to be like somebody else to be successful, instead of owning your own unique path?

When you remember who you are, not only will you stop doing all the things and being the person you thought you needed to be, but you will actually just relax into who you are and let money flow to you from that new state.

That's where the sense of ease starts to take root. You reconnect to your deeper why, understand how you're uniquely wired, and design your offers, message, and business around that, not a one-size-fits-all strategy. This is where work and money flow start to feel natural again.

Phase 3: Rise

We're not here to just sit around and talk about nice ideas and concepts. Rise is where the real shift happens. This is where you bring everything from phase one and two into real life.Where you show up in real time and you embody that leader.

Where you are more visible online and in your business and around people. Where you are not afraid to be seen in your power that you've unlocked from the previous two phases.

Where you start to say the things that you've always been afraid to say. To make the jumps that you've been afraid to make. And to go out there and be the person that simply receives this next level that you've been working so hard to get to because you've moved everything out of the way that wasn't you.

We're here to make real change. And real change comes when you actively participate in life in a new way. That what this phase is all about.

At the end of these three phases, you're the natural born leader who can hold money without gripping. Who shows up and says the real true thing without flinching. Whose content carries a different frequency because the person behind it has changed. The visibility, the income, the ease, those are just the surface signals of someone who finally stopped fighting themselves.

The results.

I originally built this process for myself, then I built and tested the process for hundreds of clients in various communities and brought countless clients through this on a one-to-one basis.

Some clients have doubled their income in the first 30 days, simply just removing the money blocks from phase one.

Some clients have hit 63K a month after burning out at 13K a month.

Some clients have just unlocked more clarity, more permission to just be themselves and to relax into who they are and business just got easier. Then, their income increased because of it.

Some clients just started to attract more opportunities, clients and customers from social media without doing anything differently. Just simply recording a video, but the shift had already taken place, so that video wasn't the same video that would have been recorded previous.

All of these things happen on an internal level and are then fully expressed through embodied action. That's the work that we're here to do.

What's inside.

• Onboarding week. Before Phase 1 begins, we get clarity on where you're at and where you're going. There's also an early momentum piece, a cash injection protocol to get things moving before we go deep. You don't enter this container waiting for phase 3, you enter already in motion, embodiment starts the second you enter.
• Bi-weekly one-to-one calls with Jordan. Two calls per month. Six across the full container. These are your rhythm. One may be a deep identity reset session using breathwork. The others will be around clarity, direction, business offer/model redesign and nervous system expansion practices. These will be determined based on each phase and whats alive for you right now.
• One-to-one WhatsApp channel. This is the primary program delivery channel, no community or course modules (unless specifically shared). Delivered through voice memo and text. This is the real-time container where the actual transformation happens between calls. This is where the embodiment lives in the moment and my best work is delivered. Daily access Monday-Saturday.
• Custom tools and frameworks. Built around your unique wiring and design, used to map your point A to point B so you know exactly what to focus on and what to ignore. These tools will be deployed as needed.
• Other bonuses include: Voice note guidance tailored specifically to you and what's arising in real time between calls and proactive prompts to go deeper into each phase (most clients prefer this over calls). Full recordings and transcripts from every call for re-listening and deeper integration. Option to extend if more integration time is needed

The journey.

These three phases are designed specifically over a three month journey so that we have a month for each phase, some time for integration, some time for reflection, and some time for real big massive action that's going to help you leap into this natural born leader.

The investment.

This is a private, high-touch container with daily access and support for 12 weeks inside a proven framework. Investment to be discussed if your application is accepted.

The right investment feels stretching but not destabilising, commitment without creating the exact financial pressure we're working to dissolve.

What I'm not open to is undervaluing what this is. This is 12 weeks of my full presence, energy, and attention on your specific journey.

What happens after you apply.

The short application process is to determine readiness for this type of work, to see if it's aligned to co-create an experience together and if there's genuine resources to invest into your transformation.

If you're application for 1-1 is accepted, you will be contacted directly with a message, not a call. From there, we have a conversation to go deeper into whats arising for you, and see if this is aligned for both of us to move forward, either continuing the conversation through direct message, voice memo or short call.

Common Questions

Is there a guarantee? No. If you need a guarantee, this isn't for you. This is for self-led people who bet on themselves.

How much time does it take? It depends. Some days 30 minutes, others 1 to 2 hours when there's a call or deeper work to do. More if you decide to lean in, but not needed.

What if I'm not sure I can afford it? If making the payment is going to cause serious stress or financial anxiety, this isn't the right time to join. But if it's a stretch, meaning you can make it work and you're ready to actually back yourself, then that's often the exact moment where people create their biggest growth. The difference matters. I'll never pressure you to join if it's going to put you in a bad spot.

Do you help with business strategy? Yes. We simplify your offer, your message, and your systems so you can earn steady cash flow briefly in onboarding and deeper in phase 2. We just have our foundations set in deeper identity work, and that's the common thread throughout the journey.

Do I get direct access to Jordan? Yes. I'll be working with you one-to-one privately. You're not buying a digital course. You're getting real strategic support from Jordan, directly.

I'm already doing well financially, is this still for me? Yes. There's no cap to how much you can grow in a container like this. You'll likely get the most benefit from the deep dive one-to-one sessions and weekly WhatsApp conversations. This has been transformative for clients at every level.

I would rather have WhatsApp Access without Calls, is that possible? Yes this container has a flexible structure. Jordan knows his best work is delivered via Direct Message in the moment therefore if this is a preference for you, more time is poured into Direct Messages and calls will be optional unless required for a specific purpose.

What if I'm just starting out? If you're starting from scratch and still figuring out your core skillset, this isn't the right time and you would be best to consider a shorter digital course or program to move yourself forward in a self-paced environment. But if you've already built credibility elsewhere and you're now looking to launch your own thing off the back of that experience, this is a great place to be. You just need to be in a position where you can cover the cost. This isn't meant to be a stress investment. It should be a stretch, not a strain.

Short note on how I work.

I keep my numbers small. The daily WhatsApp access means I'm actually present, not managing a roster of clients.

I've walked this path myself. Including the season where everything I'd built had to be stripped away before it could be rebuilt from a different foundation. I'm not teaching from theory. I'm guiding from lived experience.

I protect my own state so I can show up fully for yours. That's why the container has clear boundaries; Monday to Saturday checking in, extension by mutual agreement, honest conversations about genuine alignment and fit. Thank you for respecting that.
